Vendor Opportunities

We’re seeking vendors in the following categories:

Artisan Goods:
Handmade jewelry, pottery, woodwork, leather goods, clothing, and more.

Renaissance-Themed Merchandise:
Costumes, props, accessories, swords, shields, etc.

Food & Drink:
Food trucks, baked goods, beverages, and other delicious treats.

Interactive Booths:
Face painting, caricatures, or hands-on activities for attendees.

Vendor Details

Event Dates: September 12th & 13th, 2026

Location: Lewis County Fair Grounds

5485 Bostwick St, Lowville, NY 13367

Set-Up:

Vendors will be able to set up on August 30th before 10 am.

Booth Sizes:

  • Standard Booth (10' x 10') – $75 for the weekend
    (Access to power is not guaranteed and may cost extra. Please indicate if you need power on your application.)

  • Outdoor Booth (Up to 40' x 40') - $75 for the weekend
    (Access to power is not accessible for outdoor booths.)

  • Food Truck Space – $150 for the weekend
    (This price includes access to power.)

What Vendors Need to Know

Renaissance Theme(Mandatory):
Vendors are REQUIRED to decorate their booth in the Renaissance theme to the best of their ability. This is essential for creating an immersive experience for all attendees.

Licensing:
Food vendors must have the appropriate health permits/licenses required by the state.

Insurance(Mandatory):
Insurance is a REQUIREMENT for ALL VENDORS. You must be able to provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) by August 1st, 2026. If you do not have insurance, we recommend visiting https://www.actinsurance.com/ for per-event policies.

Security & Liability:
The Lowville Fair Grounds is an open area. Youth of Lewis County is NOT responsible for the security of items, merchandise, or equipment. Vendors are responsible for securing their own booths and property.
